This role focuses on customer service, accuracy, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with scheduling needs related to travel planning
• Gather required trip details and preferences to support accurate coordination
• Research basic accommodation, transportation, and activity options
• Organize travel information and prepare itinerary-related documentation
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
• Update internal systems and client records with accurate information
• Coordinate follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling updates
• Support the travel planning process by confirming information and providing administrative assistance
• Perform general customer service and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
